Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Turnover

What’s included

A reliable turnover clean designed to get your space guest-ready, on time, every time. This is booked as its own service and includes onsite laundry.

  • Full clean of kitchen + bathrooms (surfaces, sinks, exterior appliances, mirrors)

  • Vacuum + mop floors throughout

  • Dusting all reachable surfaces

  • Trash removal + reset of bins

  • Light straightening and tidy presentation

Laundry + Linen Reset (included)

  • Wash, dry, and remake beds with provided linens

  • Fold and set out towels

  • Restock and stage linens for the next guest

Note: Hosts provide linens and supplies. Add-ons available for inside fridge/oven, heavy buildup, or extra beds.

Booking Notes

  • Minimum 24-hour notice for bookings

  • Booking calendar opens up to 45 days in advance

  • Service hours: Monday–Saturday,
    8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Cancellation policy

  • 48+ hours: no fee

  • 24–48 hours: $50 fee

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show:
    100% of service price

Satisfaction Policy

  • Client must report issues within 24 hours, with photos.

  • Reeves & Co. Cleaning will offer a re-clean within 48 hours.

  • If re-clean isn’t possible, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at company discretion.
